Strength & Conditioning
All off-ice strength and conditioning workouts will be overseen by Mike Macchioni of NorthEast Sports Training. Mike has been training hockey players for more than 20 years and has been working with the Boston and Providence Bruins for more than a decade.
After completing an initial assessment, each player will have an individualized program that will focus on movement awareness, speed development and neuromuscular integration. We will also incorporate elements of martial arts and combat training.
