Elite Summer Training Skate & Conditioning Program

At Ocean State Hockey, we tailor our programs to ensure that you'll be a better hockey player after spending your off-season with us. Our summer-long Elite Training Skate & Conditioning Program combines on-ice skill work with top-level off-ice training. Each division meets Monday-Friday and encompasses both on and off-ice training and conditioning.

Each division will have fewer than 25 skaters, and all on-ice sessions will be conducted by former NHL Scouting Director Toby O'Brien, Ryan Ward (Soo Greyhounds of the OHL) and Steve Lyons (Anaheim Ducks). Mike Macchioni of NorthEast Sports Training (NEST) will run the off-ice conditioning work. The founder of NEST, Mike works with athletes of all types but is known for his hockey-specific training and his work with the Boston Bruins.
